That's quite a fair point...likewise for European kids...travelling to the US, Australia et al isn't too common until they're older. I'd love to see the Carribean though! Must add it to the list :)

I know it's random, but was there a country music song with Charleston in the title? Not Galveston, that was a different one. It's bugging me :) hehe.
