What a day
doing some dynamic core strengthening! It's called Animalflow, great for fullbody strengthening, dynamic core strength, hip flexibility, thicker arms, cardio and balance, the list goes on.
It's a great way for those of you that struggle with the bars to get stronger with your body weight. NO EXCUSES
