Don't say "Io sono buono", it's the literal translation of "I'm good" but we don't say that in that case. You can either say "(io) sto bene" or "tutto bene".

Yeah, you know, as I wrote, I don't like to describe myself... a person is too complex to be described in few lines in my opinion. In addition, English isn't even my first language, so I am always worried to not write EXACTLY what I want to say, but someone has to find a tiny reason to write me so it's always better to put down something rather than nothing :), don't you think?
