The historical period during which three kingdoms such as 'Goguryeo', Baekje, Silla had co-existed in the Korea peninsula before they were unified by Silla at 676..They fought frequently each other..Specially, Most of North China was occupied by Goguryeo located in the north of Korea penisula.Goguryeo was the most powerful nation at that time.And Silla is most vulnerable country.But they(Silla) are smart.There was a famous General named Yushin Kim in Silla.He was skilled in the strategy of war. He led the unification of the Korean peninsula by Silla under the reign of King Muyeol of Silla and King Munmu of Silla. Of couse there are many good general in Beaje,Goguryeo too.But their nobles were corrupt..and They were eventually destroyed by Silla. After unifcation by Silla, Silla lasted for one thousand years..:)
